Most of you know how we met. Some of you were even there, also wandering the hallways of Chatfield Senior High school. However, it wasn't until the invention of Bumble and ten years later that this ship set sail. That's right, we both swiped right. I wanted to catch up and Jordan wanted his first kiss. The rest is history.
Four years later, almost to the day, we got engaged. Surprisingly, Jordan transported the ring (through means we won't discuss) across the border into Mexico, where we planned to spend a fun vacation with our friends, Jack and Leo, in Sayulita. On the third evening, we walked down to a beautiful beach to watch the sunset. While we were enjoying the incredible views, Jordan asked if I wanted to take a picture together. I should have known what was coming because if you know Jordan, you know he HATES taking pictures. Long story short: he popped the question and I said "hell yes!" The proposal highlights: Jordan smuggled a diamond over the Mexican border, he got down on one knee as whales jumped in the ocean behind us (true story, though he paid extra for this), I have never been so surprised in my life, our amazing friends Jack and Leo are great at keeping a secret, a stray dog kept photo bombing our proposal pictures (see picture below). We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you! See you in Steamboat!
