Where should we stay?
Answer
Please refer to the travel page! There are many options and they are all very different styles! Also, there are MANY Airbnb’s in the area if you’re interested!
Question
What time is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. The buses will begin picking people up from the Best Western at 3 pm, the venue is at most a 10 minute drive. The buses have 1 hour to pick people up from multiple venues in the area. But PLEASE be at the venue at 4 as the ceremony will not hold for you. The reception ends at 11pm. The bus will start leaving at 8:30 pm. If folks want to leave a little earlier! And will run until 11:30. That being said you will have to wait outside the venue after midnight due to rental time.

Where should I fly into?
Answer
The Colorado Springs airport is 2 hours from our venue and where you will likely stay. The Denver airport is 3 hours from the venue. We highly recommend renting a car so that you can drive around and explore Colorado outside of wedding time! It’s absolutely beautiful and Buena Vista has ALOT to do! If you can’t rent a car reach out to Jordan or I and we can see what we can try to arrange.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi formal! It is Colorado in May, the weather can vary GREATLY! It could be 70 degrees and sunny or it could snow, we will not know until that day. Our location is near the mountains so it also has the capability to be VERY windy! Just be prepared and at least pack a jacket! that being said, the venue does have heat and AC so we will be comfortable inside for the reception no matter what!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar from 4:30 pm-10:30 pm. There will be limited drink selections but hopefully something for everyone to enjoy! The pour trailer is in charge of all alcoholic beverages. Shots and beer shotguns are not allowed. We hope to have a grand time celebrating with you!
