Scenic drive, we recommend taking Henry Hudson Dr from Alpine to Edgewater. The Ross Dock Picnic area has especially great views of the GWB. There are also great spots to get out for a nature walk.
Quaint riverside town with great dining options and lovely pier to walk. The Freelance Cafe and Confetti are family faves.
Bustling downtown along Palisades Ave with shopping and dining.
NYC is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Take full advantage of that!
Come visit our neck of the woods! We recommend starting the morning at Dekalb Market for a wide selection of breakfast options. From there walk Fulton to Borough Hall. And then walk down Montague St., this picturesque street will lead you to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade along the East River with spectacular views of downtown Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. At the end of the Promenade there’s easy access to Squibb Park bridge, a path that leads to Brooklyn Bridge Park, and enjoy the greenery and views it provides. From there, if you’re up for it continue to DUMBO and Washington St for a classic view of the Manhattan Bridge framing the Empire State Building. If that wasn’t enough, swing around the block for access to the Brooklyn Bridge and walk to Manhattan!
