Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

Shuttle service to and from the venue will be available for guests staying in the wedding hotels. For the Flamingo Resort, the shuttle will arrive at 5:15pm for boarding, and will depart at 5:30pm for the venue. For the Oxford Suites, the shuttle will arrive at 5:00pm for boarding, and will depart at 5:15pm for the venue. Shuttles will be available throughout the night for any trips back to the wedding hotels.

SFO International Airport

This airport will probably have the cheapest flights, and it's pretty easy to get a direct flight here. To get to wine country, you will probably need to rent a car. The venue is around 1.5 hours from this airport.

Sonoma County Airport

Likely a more expensive option, but flying here will put you closer to the festivities. You can get to the hotels with Uber/Lyft, Taxi, or bus from this airport (more info on the airport website under Ground Transport). You can also get rental cars here. The hotels are about 15 minutes from here, and the venue is about 20 minutes from here.

Flight

Oakland International Airport

Another airport that's an option, but you may have to connect in another city to get here. To get to wine country, you will probably need to rent a car. The venue is around 1.5 hours from this airport.

Travel Note

Airport Express

If you don't want to rent a car, the airport express bus can take you from SFO/OAK to Rohnert Park or Santa Rosa. If you're staying at the Oxford Suites, they provide a shuttle to the hotel from the Rohnert Park drop-off site.
