You will need your vaccination card and a photo ID. VaxYes is a HIPAA-compliant, secure way of checking vaccination--you will not need to show proof at the door; with your consent VaxYes will send us a report of confirmed vaccinations. We are trying to minimize delays before the ceremony on the day of the wedding, so we are trying to keep door-checking to a minimum :)
