If you are undaunted by renting a car and driving on the Schuykill Expressway, flying into PHL will likely open up the most flight options for you. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to Reading.

Katie's favorite airport! Takes about one hour to get to Reading.

Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE)
Another local airport, with a scenic, one hour drive along 222 to Reading. Be sure to stop at Premise Maid along the way for some chocolate and ice cream, and ask Jason who took a bite out of the chocolate grandfather clock there.
