When should we arrive?

Answer

Daytime guests can arrive from 1pm, the bar will be open in the Great Barn. Evening guests can arrive at the Great Barn from 7pm with the first dance due at 7:30pm.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of on site parking with a 1 minute walk to the Barns.

If I am staying on site when can I check in?

Answer

You can access your cottage following the drinks reception at 3pm.

How far is the ceremony room to the reception?

Answer

The Doxford Barns venue is all in one location, with different rooms for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, but it's all under one roof.

What do I do if I have a food/dietry requirement?

Answer

When you RSPV there are food options to choose from, please put your name next to these options and include any allergies or food requirements you have there. You can also specify here if you like an alcohol free option for the toast!

What time shall I book a taxi for?

Answer

The last orders at the bar will be 11:45, with taxis to be booked anytime from then. The party will finish at midnight. Please see the 'accomodation and travel' tab to see taxi numbers.
