When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by the 30th January 2026. We'd love to have you there, if we don't hear from you we'll assume you can't make it.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

You can come any time from 12 Midday to be seated for 12.45

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is formal, so we encourage guests to wear their best suits and dresses. Hats are also warmly welcomed, as we love the elegant touch they bring to the occasion. Please note, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing trainers to help maintain the formal atmosphere. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

The reception will finish at 1am, we ask you to kindly have your taxis booked.

Are kids welcome?

We’ve decided to keep the wedding adults-only apart from immediate family to ensure a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you! Let your hair down, have the night off.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes of course, there's a big on-site car park you'll just need to make sure your car is collected by 10.00am the following day.

Please check your invitation—if a plus one is included, it’ll be mentioned there. If you're unsure, just ask!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We've listed local hotels on the travel page of our website as there aren't any rooms available at the venue, if you're unsure feel free to give either of us a text and we'll be happy to help.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course, please add it to your RSVP when you complete it online or alternatively give either Katie or James a text and we'll organise.

Is there a gift list?
Answer
We’re not doing a traditional gift list — just your presence is plenty! But if you'd like to give something, a contribution to our honeymoon would mean the world
