Flight
The Amerigo Vespucci Airport is just a 20 minute drive to the center of Florence. However, you may choose to fly into and visit another Italian city such as Rome, Milan or Venice and then take a high-speed train to Florence for the wedding.
Train
The train is a wonderful option for travel within Italy and even to other nearby countries, and the Santa Maria Novella Train Station is just a 10 minute walk or quick taxi ride to the center of Florence. This is the most common way to get to Florence
