*This hotel requires a two night stay- if you can only stay one night please look at the other hotel/Airbnb options* This is where Ian and Katie will be staying! This hotel is about a 3 minute drive to the ceremony and reception (15 minute walk). Transportation will be provided. There will be a shuttle to the ceremony and an early and late shuttle back from the reception/after party. Please check back for times!

Airports

Flying to us? There are a few airport options, but most will require you to rent a car. Albany International Airport: 1 hour and 15 minute drive LaGuardia Airport: 2 hours and 30 minute drive Newark International Airport: 2 hours and 20 minute drive JFK Airport: 3 hour drive (all depending on traffic) If you send Ian or Katie travel information we can help you coordinate some ride shares! Our contact info is in the FAQ section if you do not have it already.

There is a very limited room block being held for Thursday and Friday night at this hotel. Note - check in is at 4PM. Call in the morning for early check in. This hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the Copper Tree Restaurant (for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception). New York, NY (Penn Station) to Hudson, NY OR New York, NY (Grand Central) to Poughkeepsie, NY From here you will have to hire a car service or rent a car. We will be up there early if you need additional help.

There are a tons of condo or full house rentals through Airbnb if you want more space! Some are in walking distance of the venue and some a 5 minute drive. We have a "Favorite" list of places on Airbnb. If you are interested, just reach out to us and we will share it with you!

Driving to Hunter

The easiest way to Hunter Mountain is by driving. Please make sure to use the address so Google Maps doesn't take you to a generic place in Hunter. From NYC: 2 hours and 30 minutes From Albany: 1 hour and 15 minutes Hartford, CT: 2 hours and 30 minutes
