**Be sure to book your hotel or Airbnb ASAP as accommodations tend to book up fast!** Since Martha's Vineyard is an Island, getting here can certainly be an adventure! Below are recommendations for getting here and getting around once you have arrived. We recommend our guests stay in Oak Bluffs, either in a hotel or Airbnb! Transportation will be provided for our guests from Oak Bluffs to the wedding venue. If you decide not to stay in Oak Bluffs, Ubers and Taxis are available to get you to the venue should you not want to drive. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to Katie (914-943-6447) or Dennis (443-996-7118) and we would be happy to help!

Travel Note

Fast Ferries

Since Martha's Vineyard is an island, a ferry is required to get across. There are a few ferry options that you can take to the Vineyard. Each depart from a different place along the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Coast and come into the town of Oak Bluffs on MV. If you do wish to take a car, the only ferry that cars are allowed is the Steamship Authority out of Woods Hole, MA.

Travel Note

Steamship Authority- Martha's Vineyard Ferry

The Steamship Authority is the main ferry system that runs to and from the Vineyard. This is also the only ferry that allows you to take your car with you. If you decide to take this ferry, we recommend you take one that comes into Oak Bluffs (rather than Vineyard Haven). The docking location is noted on the ferry schedule.
