FAQs

Question

Will you need to wear a kippah (a head covering) during the event?

Answer

You are not required to wear a kippah, but they are encouraged during the ceremony. We will be providing ones at the venue for any and all guests who would like to wear one.

Question

Will Katie and David be lifted in chairs?

Answer

Yes.

Question

Will YOU be allowed to lift them in chairs?

Answer

To be determined by Katie and David.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your children, this will be an adults-only event.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail

Question

Cool, but what does “cocktail” actually mean?

Answer

Ok, no one knows what cocktail actually means, but it sounded classy. If Taylor Swift actually responds to our invitation and shows up, wear something you won’t embarrass yourselves- and more important, the bride and groom- in. When in doubt, use Google.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is no parking lot for guests. Street parking is available around the tinsmith. The venue suggests that the closest and easiest parking option is the S. Livingston St parking garage (located 400 feet from the venue).
