Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We plan on having a pick up spot at the Downtown Burlington Hilton Hotel. We will do our best to provide transportation to folks staying in the downtown Burlington area, about 20 min from Isham Family Farm. There is a parking garage at the Downtown Burlington Hilton Hotel. Address for the hotel (where the bus picks up) is 60 Battery St, Burlington, VT 05401. Car parking is either street parking or the College Street Garage at 60 College St, Burlington, VT 05401. Please plan on figuring out your own transportation if you are planning to stay outside of the Downtown Burlington area. Thank you!

What is the bus schedule?
Answer
Transportation will be provided to and from Isham Farm from the Hilton Champlain Burlington. Parking is available in the garage behind the hotel. There will be two (white) buses designated for the venue. Buses will drop guests at the ceremony site on the hill, and remain at the ceremony site to transport down to the reception. There will be two scheduled return trips to Burlington, dropping off at the Hilton. The second bus will also stop at Church Street. ~3:05 PM Busses arrive at the Hilton 3:15 PM Busses depart for Isham Farm for 4 PM Ceremony 4-4:45 PM Ceremony on Hillside (Rain site is inside the barn) 4:45 PM Busses available to shuttle guests from ceremony site to reception site 5-6 PM Cocktail Hour 6 PM Guests invited to be seated 6:30-10 PM Dinner & Dancing 8:45-9 PM 1st Bus departs for Hilton 10 PM End of Reception 10:15 PM 2nd Bus departs for downtown (Church St)/Hilton

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Semi-formal / dressy attire ...we want people to look good and feel good! The weather could be fickle. We're hoping for 75, sunny, *maybe* a light breeze...but it could be raining, humid, 90 degrees. In general, be prepared for anything!

Is there air conditioning where the reception will be?
Answer
No. The barn where we will have the reception in will not have air conditioning. We will have a tent outside the barn for fresh air and have fans to keep the space cool. Please plan accordingly!

What is the parking situation?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at Isham Family Farm. Guests will be directed where to park for the ceremony. If the ceremony is outside, parking will be across the street from the reception barn. So, guests will need to move their cars after the ceremony to park next to the reception barn. There is paid public parking available at the bus pickup location at the Hilton Champlain Burlington. If you plan on drinking, please utilize the downtown Burlington bus option or Uber. Don't drink and drive :) <3

Answer

What if there is a line at Three Needs for the afterparty?
Answer
We will plan on waiting it out to get into Three Needs. Typically a line forms later in the evening, 11PM+
