We’ve reserved a courtesy block of rooms for guests to book at a discounted rate. The Hampton Inn is a 15-minute drive from the wedding and only a few minutes from downtown Cody and several of Cody's other attractions. To book your rooms, you must use the link below to automatically access our special group rate. You may also call the hotel and reference the “Beardslee / Neavill Wedding”. Friday through Monday nights (8/29 - 9/1) are eligible for the discount as long as they are reserved by July 30th. Cody is a tourist town during the summer months. We recommend booking accommodations sooner rather than later. There are many hotels and Airbnb/Vrbo properties in the area if you choose to stay elsewhere.

Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD)

Yellowstone Regional Airport is located in Cody. It flies United Airlines with connections to and from Denver. Each day typically offers one flight in the morning and one flight in the evening.

Billings Logan Int'l Airport (BIL)

Billings has a larger airport that may offer flights at lower rates. Billings is a two-hour drive from Cody.
