Ski/Snowboard Rentals
There are many options for ski/snowboard rentals in the area. Most of the places give a 20% discount for ordering ahead of time online. Haymeadow Park & Family-Friendly Activities
Enjoy fun activities with all ages on the slopes in Beaver Creek, and around the village. Here are some of our favorite recommendations! HAYMEADOW PARK: A dedicated learning area at the base of the resort. With a beginner-friendly chairlift, gentle terrain, magic carpets, interactive children's teepee, and on-mountain dining. THE ICE CREAM PARLOUR: Located at The Ranch, The Ice Cream Parlour offers ice cream novelties, or a quick soup and sandwich lunch. THE CANDY CABIN: Enjoy some sweets and beautiful views at the Candy Cabin located at the top of the Strawberry Park Express lift (12) and the Upper Beaver Creek Mountain Express lift (18). ICE SKATING: Have some fun while ice skating on the rink located in the center of Beaver Creek Village. Skating is free on Thursdays from 6-9pm! AVON COMMUNITY CENTER: Offers a new indoor rock-climbing wall, a warm, lazy river, a large, animal fountains, super-fun water slide, and lots more.
Cross Country Skiing & Snowshoeing
Beaver Creek Nordic Center is located across from the covered bridge in the Strawberry Park building and next to chair 12, the Strawberry Park express lift. Offering a complete rental shop with classical, skate, telemark, Alpine Touring (AT) and snowshoe equipment rentals. McCoy Park which is accessed via The Strawberry Park Lift - Chair 12, features groomed and rustic trails for Cross Country skiing and Snowshoeing. BEAVER CREEK SATURDAY FUNFEST FOR THE KIDS!
As the ski day winds down, the Village lights up with family fun! Every Saturday, Beaver Creek Village buzzes with the Beaver Creek FunFest. Kids delight in running from one game tent to the next, collecting tokens to earn toward Beaver Creek themed prizes. Learn about the dinosaur’s that roamed the Vail Valley through their kid friendly paleontology show, jump around in the bounce house, or get your caricature drawn.
