What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
No. We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones, tablets, or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have a team of professionals to capture this moment and we will be sure to share the ceremony photos from our photographers as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire or nice sun dresses! It is a spring wedding after all so rock your favorite florals if that’s what you’re into! Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white/nude. The ceremony + cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception is indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking that will accommodate all guests.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP via the website or will be included in the "seats reserved in your honor" section of the mailed RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Dietary restrictions/food allergies can be submitted on the RSVP page.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! A limited number of rooms have been reserved at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Lakeland. Please see the “Travel” section of our website for booking information.
