We have always planned to hold a wedding ceremony in India to honor Bhabani's culture and traditions with family and friends. We have been patiently waiting for this moment to come and are overjoyed for this dream to finally come true!

Due to the postponement of our original wedding plans in 2020, we had a small courthouse wedding ceremony in 2020 and then hosted a wedding reception in Seattle in 2021 with many of our close friends and family in attendance. Thank you to those you attended! Those who could not make it, we missed you and hope you will be able to join us in India.

On a romantic weekend getaway with our friends Shanna & Logan, we were enjoying a lovely morning walk along the coast of Portland, Maine when Bhabani got down on one knee and asked Katie to be his wife. Katie immediately said yes! We celebrated that night with champagne and a full Maine Lobster dinner.
