Travel Note
The ceremony will take place at St. Mary Catholic Church at 4:00 PM. 10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142 Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to ceremony start. ***Please note for any guests coming from the West Suburbs there is significant construction at the I-290/I-90 interchange that may cause increased travel times.*** No travel accommodations have been arranged for church.
Shuttle

Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the reception venue for your convenience. The shuttle accommodates up to 14 guests per trip and there will be three trips at the times listed below. If your preferred shuttle is full or you miss it, please plan to take the next available one. If you are attending the ceremony at church beforehand, please note that Mass is expected to conclude around 5:00 PM. This timing allows guests enough time to return to the hotel and catch a shuttle to the venue. Shuttle Departure Times: 5:30 PM 6:00 PM 6:30 PM Cocktail hour will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner seating shortly after 7:00 PM

The shuttle accommodates up to 14 guests per trip and will run 3 times at the times below. If your preferred shuttle is full, please plan to take the next available one. Return Shuttle Departure Times: 11:15 PM 11:45 PM 12:10 AM Please note that the reception will conclude promptly at 12:00 AM, so we kindly ask guests to plan their departure accordingly. We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening.
Hotel
We invite guests planning to stay overnight to book accommodations at the Hampton Inn in Huntley, IL. Conveniently located, the hotel is just about 10 minutes from the reception venue and 10 minutes from St. Mary's church. Group rates can be accessed through April 20th 2026.
