Flight
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) is the primary gateway for all guests. Distance: Approximately 20-25 km (about a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic). Major carriers (Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa) and budget options (EasyJet) fly here frequently. Tip: Grab a window seat on the left side of the plane for the most iconic views of the coastline upon arrival.
Travel Note
Private Car Service: The most seamless option. We recommend pre-booking a private transfer to avoid the taxi queue. Prices typically range from €80 – €120. The "Monaco Experience" (Helicopter): For guests wanting a grand entrance, a 7-minute helicopter ride from NCE to the Monaco Heliport (which borders Cap-d’Ail) is available via Monacair or Heli Air Monaco. Train (TER): A scenic and budget-friendly choice. Guests can take a short tram from the airport to the Nice-Saint-Augustin station, then a direct train to Cap-d’Ail (approx. 35 mins). Ride-share: Uber cannot pick up passengers in Monaco, but it can drop off from France to Monaco. Taxis are readily available.
Shuttle
August 28, 2026 5:00 pm
Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding villa. These will depart from the Monte Carlo Bay Resort. For guests staying off property, you may meet the shuttles at the Monte Carlo Bay Resort or arrange your own transportation. Please note there is NO parking at the wedding villa. Uber will pickup in France, but not in Monaco. Taxis are available in Monaco, but availability late night may be challenging. We encourage use of the shuttles or a privately arranged car service.
Hotel
This will be our central hotel.
Hotel
This is a hotel alternative just outside of Monaco. It is close to our wedding venue, but a short drive to our welcome event.
