The best brunch, period. Our go-to is the Green Eggs & Ham skillet. Currently open for takeout only - hoping they will open patio dining by October!
If you're staying downtown, this place is walking distance and good for breakfast and/or brunch. They are open for takeout and patio dining (and they have a really cute patio space).
The best coffee in Greensboro. Hands down. My drink of choice is the Brad Pitt (hazelnut & peanut butter latte) and Abe loves their cappuccinos. Be prepared to pet some cute dogs while you're there. This is on our favorite little corner in Greensboro, diagonal from our dinner recommendation Sticks & Stones.
A brewery in downtown Greensboro with a good mix of beers on tap. A good location to have a drink and then explore downtown Greensboro a bit.
A fun brewery with lots of outdoor space, close to the wedding venue and the downtown Hyatt we recommend for your accommodation.
Our favorite place to go for dinner (and where we went on our first date). The "Let it Ride" pizza won't let you down, but nothing on the menu will. They also always have an awesome draft list. They are currently open for takeout and patio dining only.
This is an area of downtown Greensboro with lots of fun options! You could check out Boxcar (a barcade with arcade games and a huge draft list), the Greensboro Distillery / Fainting Goat Spirits (they do awesome tours and tastings), or Southend Brewing Co (one of Greensboro's newest breweries with a nice big patio). One block further is Hudson Hill, a local clothing/accessory and gift shop, and the Gate City Candy Company for gourmet chocolates and fudge in a vintage-inspired candy shop.
