If you have any questions that you can't find answers to below, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. However, if you're procrastinating and realize you have a question the day before or day of the wedding, then please contact a member of the wedding party instead.
Question

Are you still planning on having the wedding this year (due to COVID-19)?

Answer

As of this very moment (I'm writing this in mid-August), we are moving forward as planned. Our venue has made many adjustments to make it as safe as possible for guests, including installing touch-less fixtures in bathrooms, installing touch-less hand sanitizer stations, installing plexiglass barriers at the bar, and making changes to their cleaning routine for more frequent cleaning with CDC approved cleaners. We are lucky that it is a very large space and has a capacity much higher than our guest count so we can spread out. We will kindly ask all guests to wear masks when not eating or drinking. Our caterer has also made changes to make the meal as safe as possible. We sincerely hope you feel comfortable attending, but please know that we completely understand if you aren't able to make it due to the current circumstances.

Question

Can I bring my adorable & well behaved kid(s)?

Answer

We love your kids, and they are welcome! You are also welcome to leave them with a sitter, take advantage of the open bar, and party until 11:30 with us! Please just make it clear on your RSVP how many of you are attending.

Question

Will you have an open bar?

Answer

Duh... we will have beer, wine, bubbly, and 2 signature cocktails to choose from. We will not have a shuttle service, so PLEASE arrange to walk or Uber to and from the venue.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request that you wear cocktail attire for our big day... but we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Just don't wear white, or jeans, or white jeans. And don't forget the most important accessory of 2020: a mask.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Fashionably early... aim for at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony so you have time to find parking and get settled with time to spare.

Question

Where should I park? (I don't plan on drinking more than the legal limit)

Answer

The free lot at 306 E Market Street (right next to the venue) is leased to nearby businesses on weekdays until 5:30pm - except for 16 spots that are always reserved for the venue. You can check this lot first. If there are no spots available, there are 60 metered street parking spots on the same block as the venue. They are free after 6pm, so you will only need to pay to get you to 6pm. There is also a parking deck (Davie Street Parking) which is only a 4 minute walk from the venue.

Question

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

We planned on the ceremony & reception being indoors at our beautiful venue, but we may move it outside if weather permits due to the current circumstances. The reception space is indoors but with the option of opening up garage doors if weather permits.
