What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive twenty minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can enjoy a leisurely drive around Presque Isle park or head to one of the many bars/restaurants downtown Marquette has to offer. The reception hall will begin serving finger foods and beverages at 4:30p.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #onceuponastaniszewski so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be taking place outside, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

September in Marquette, Michigan, is a cool autumn month, with temperature in the range of an average low of 45°F and an average high of 60°F. Please prepare for the weather accordingly.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
