Flight
Dulles has a ton of options for flights and is about 1 hour or so depending on traffic on 95 from Fredericksburg. It does not have great public transportation options so we would recommend a rental car to get to and from Fredericksburg
Flight
Reagan is another great option with tons of flight options in the heart of Washington DC. It's also about an hour from Fredericksburg if driving (also depending on 95 traffic...) It does have great public transportation options to get to Fredericksburg, with VRE stops in Downtown Fredericksburg and right around the corner from our house!
Flight
Richmond is a smaller and much less busy option that is about 45 minutes to an hour south of Fredericksburg. This is a great option for less stress and less traffic!
Travel Note
Below are some great places to stay in the area. We have a shuttle stopping at these locations but we also recommend Airbnb and Vrbo!
Hotel
We don't have a hotel block but we recommend rooms here! It is right downtown with tons of things to do in walking distance. The shuttle will make stops here throughout the night to get to and from the venue

We don't have a room block here either but this is a great option that's a little bit on the cheaper side and is about 5-10 minutes from Downtown.
Travel Note
Our venue is right in Downtown Fredericksburg, which is about 1 hour (-ish depending on traffic on 95...) from any airport. If you are flying into Dulles or Richmond we recommend getting a rental car to get to Fredericksburg. We want everyone to get home safe and sound so if you plan on having a beverage (or two or three..) please consider using the shuttle or an Uber/Lyft!!
