We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton, which will be able to be reserved starting June 2026. This is the closest hotel to our event, about a 16 minute drive to Keswick Vineyards. Please note you will not be able to book in our block until June 2026. There is no shuttle service to and from this hotel.

Shuttle from Downtown Charlottesville to Keswick Vineyards

Our shuttle will be taking guests from the Downtown Mall to Keswick Vineyards. It will also bring guests back to the area at the end of the night. Any hotel on the corner or near the mall puts you within walking distance of this shuttle.

Keswick Vineyards offers complimentary parking for our event. If you are looking to drive yourself, please feel free to do so, and try to arrive by 4pm. It is about a 20 minute drive from the corner to the venue.

Uber/Lyft

If you plan to take a rideshare like Uber or Lyft to the vineyard, they strongly recommend setting up your ride home in advance to ensure availability. We'd recommend scheduling a pick-up from Keswick to your destination for 10-10:30pm if you're looking to join us until the end of the party.
