Charlottesville is home to an airport (CHO), Amtrak train station (NE Regional), and is driving distance from the Virginia Beach and DMV areas. Parking is available at all hotels and is free at our event. Getting an Uber or Lyft is very easy! The Richmond airport (RIC) is about a 1.5 hour drive from Charlottesville and may offer more direct flights.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, cocktail attire. Think midi or long dresses and a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation. You'll be able to see your full party's names when RSVPing.
Please try to arrive at Keswick Vineyards by 4pm. Guests who arrive after 4:15pm may not be able to be seated for the ceremony. If you are using our wedding shuttle, you’ll need to arrive at the pick-up spot by 3:15pm. We'll share additional details shortly.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, and our reception will be outdoors under a tent. Please check the weather as we get closer as Charlottesville weather fluctuates greatly in the spring. Ladies may want to bring light jackets or shawls.
We will have a shuttle bringing guests from the Downtown Mall to the vineyard and back at the end of the night. There are many hotels in the area that can put you within walking distance of the shuttle. Please arrive at the shuttle stop by 3:15pm to ensure you’re able to board the shuttle. We'll share additional details closer to the date. If you are planning to use Uber or Lyft to arrive and depart from our wedding, the venue strongly recommends scheduling your ride home in advance to ensure availability. There is free parking at our wedding.
