When should I RSVP by?

We’d love for you to let us know if you’ll be joining us. Please RSVP on our website by August 1.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend 30 minutes before the ceremony to park and walk to the venue. There is parking at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Is there Uber or Lyft in Estes Park?

Answer

No, but we have two options that will get you from the venue to your hotel if you partake in the open bar. You may have to call in advance to get a ride scheduled. The reception ends at 10 PM EPX Rideshare: www.EPXrideshare.com Estes Park Ride: www.estesparkride.com

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You will have on your invite if you have a plus one. Please don't bring a plus one if it isn't listed on your invite due to limited capacity at the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is! If you have mobility challenges, we recommend being dropped off at the entrance of the venue to avoid walking uphill from the parking lot.

We will have options for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan for dinner. If you have further requests, don't hesitate to reach out.
