When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by August 15, 2019.

Are you registered?

Answer

We have chosen not to create a registry as there are not many items that we need. We would greatly appreciate a monetary donation instead to be used towards our honeymoon fund. Please refer to the "Registry" tab above for additional information.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

6:00 PM at the earliest or 6:20 PM at the latest would be ideal as our ceremony will start at 6:30 PM.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If not already received, we will be sending out invitations with the number of seats reserved for you. Please refer to it and RSVP by August 15, 2019.

Question

Do I have to use up all the seats that are reserved for me?

Answer

No, you are not obligated to utilize all the seats we have reserved for you and your party. Please RSVP with names and meal preferences accordingly to the number of guests who will be in attendance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via email (wvkpwedding@gmail.com) or list them on the RSVP card so we can make the necessary accommodations for your dietary needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. There will be plenty of complimentary, self-parking spaces directly in front of the venue's entrance.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoor. However, there is additional outdoor space for roaming, mingling, and taking pictures.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We prefer cocktail/black tie optional attire, but feel free to let it all hang loose on the dance floor. Wear those comfy shoes to show off your moves (or take them off!)

Do you have any photo/video restriction?

Answer

Only during the ceremony do we ask that you put away all phones, cameras, and other electronic devices as to not disrupt the artistic vision of our photographer and videographer. This will also allow you to fully be in the moment with us! Aside from the ceremony time, please freely take pictures/record videos as desired - just remember to use #kathyshewill or email them to wvkpwedding@gmail.com to share the memory with us!
