Here is what to expect over the course of the weekend. We want to invite everyone to the welcome party for drinks and small snacks. We encourage something more substantial for dinner beforehand. The welcome party in Back Bay and close to all the suggested hotels. Transportation will be provided from THE WESTIN hotel to The Country Club for the ceremony and reception. Busses will arrive at 3:30 and depart at 3:45. The transportation will also be provided at the conclusion of the reception back to THE Westin hotel. The club is also 15-20 minutes via Uber or Lyft from Copley. A copy of the events with more detail will be with your invitation.

Welcome Party

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Back Bay Social is a short walk from any hotel in the Copley and Prudential area. This is a welcome party for all guests and an additional appreciation for our out-of-town travelers. We have the entirety of their private downstairs room and bar until 10:30pm. Drinks and some small snacks provided. The Wedding Party will join following the rehearsal dinner. Following the welcome party guests are welcome to congregate and mingle in the hotel lobby bars.

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.

Transportation provided from THE WESTIN hotel in Copley directly to The Country Club. Busses arrive at 3:30 and will depart at 3:45. Kathy and Joe will renew their vows following their marriage on February 26th, 2022. A cocktail hour will follow in the main clubhouse on the second floor terrace.
