What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm. Please arrive and be seated no later than 5:15pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. parking is available at HardScrabble Ranch wedding venue. See "Travel" tab for more information.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle service is offered! Shuttle located at Town Pump E. Main Downtown Bozeman, 803 E Main St, Bozeman, MT 59715. Pick-up is at 4:00pm Saturday, 7/25/2026. The shuttle will have 2 departure times from the wedding venue, 9:00/11:00pm and return to Town Pump E. Main Downtown Bozeman. Please RSVP for shuttle!

Expect the unexpected! It is recommended to bring a light sweater or shawl.

Will there be cell phone service?

Answer

No. It is unlikely that you will have cell phone service at the venue.

Absolutely! Bring the kiddos!

Is this a dog-friendly event?

Answer

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the property. However, the recommended hotels, many AirBNBs & hiking trails are pet friendly!
