Question

There are two ceremony start times on the invite, which is correct?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, but we recommend arriving early to find your seat and mingle with both familiar faces and soon-to-be friends before the festivities begin!

My flight is delayed/cancelled and I won't make the ceremony, what do I do?

Answer

We’re so sorry that travel delays have impacted your plans! Please don’t stress - arrive whenever you can. If you don’t think you’ll make it in time for the ceremony, we’d still love for you to join us and enjoy the celebration! Cocktail hour will begin around 4:30 PM, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you whenever you arrive.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we absolutely love children, we are only able to accommodate the children of the family and wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

Where is the ceremony and reception? What time should I get there?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at The Arlo. The ceremony starts at 4pm; please arrive early so we can start on time.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There is a block book at the Residence Inn Southwest Austin. We have also provided a link to some Airbnb's near the venue.

Will there be a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided. The service will run from the Residence Inn Austin Southwest Hotel (address is located in the travel section) to the venue throughout the night. For the shuttle leaving Residence Inn to the venue, departure time is 3 PM. For venue departure there is an earlier shuttle leaving the venue before the event is concluded, and a final shuttle for the end of the event. Times for departing the venue are 9pm and 10:30pm.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available. If you do not wish to drive, a shuttle will be provided to and from the Residence Inn Southwest Austin.

What is the dress code?

Answer

It’s always fun to dress up, we ask that you wear formal attire.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you so let's celebrate! Please drink responsibly.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP tab on the website by Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
