Dinner and drinks at The Back Alley Please note, we do not expect guests to arrive early! However, anyone who is planning to arrive on Wednesday is welcome to stop by The Back Alley (connected to Preserve Restaurant) to say hello and kick-off the celebration early with dinner and drinks.
4:30 pm
4:30 pm - All shuttle guests please gather in the lobby of Hotel Winters 4:40 pm - The first shuttle group will depart Hotel Winters 5:10 pm - The shuttle will return to pick up any remaining shuttle guests Guests are also welcome to drive to the venue. It is a 10-minute drive from Hotel Winters and the Fairfield Inn & Suites. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning. Guests are welcome to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back to Hotel Winters if needed.
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Please wear summer formal attire.
Please arrive at the venue between 5:00 pm - 5:15 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.
