FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kathryn Searway and Gilbert Lee
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We understand this may require extra planning, especially for those traveling from out of town, and we greatly appreciate your understanding. We hope this provides parents the opportunity to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a special evening together. Due to space limitations, children will be included for immediate family only, and those arrangements will be communicated directly.

Question

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! A full dinner and an open bar will be provided.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

July in Temecula is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the 80s–90s. We’ll have accommodations to keep guests comfortable, but we recommend dressing for warm and sunny weather.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear formal or garden-inspired attire suitable for a summer vineyard setting. Long dresses, formal midi, or elevated cocktail attire are welcome; suits or dress pants with a button-down are encouraged, with ties optional. As the celebration will be outdoors in July, we recommend breathable fabrics. Please bring sunglasses to enjoy the sunset over the vineyard.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available at the winery.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 8, 2026 to allow us to finalize arrangements with vendors.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so that everyone can be fully present. Professional photos will be shared afterward.

Question

Are gifts expected?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you’d like to celebrate with a gift, we’ve created a registry and honeymoon fund, linked on the Registry tab of our website.
