Please RSVP by January 2025. We know this may seem soon, but due to August being a busy season for Canmore/Banff area, we want to ensure you are able to decide and book accomodations before they are booked up.
Please arrive by 5:15pm at the latest so that you have enough time to take pictures before the ceremony as we will leave from the Park to the reception space once the ceremony ends. Reminder: there will be a bus available to take guests from Solara Resort to the park for the ceremony starting at 4:15pm

As we were trying to keep this wedding on the smaller side, please only bring a guest if your invitation has a guest listed or you have been told by the bride or groom you can bring a guest.
There will be transportation provided from the Solara Resort to the ceremony space starting at 4:15pm (shuttle bus will go back and forth from resort to Rundleview Park until 5:15). Guests can use this transportation even if not staying at the Solara Resort, but will have to get to the resort on their own if not staying at the resort. Then there will be transportation from the ceremony space back to Solara Resort where the reception will be held. There will also be transportation from the reception space to guests' various accommodations after the reception from 9pm - 1am.
Yes, there will be parking available if guests rent cars and would like to drive to the ceremony and reception. HOWEVER, parking is limited at the ceremony space (only 10 spaces and a pass will be needed to park there), so we recommend guests taxing to the Solara Resort before the ceremony so that they can take full use of the shuttle buses we have rented for transportation from Solara Resort to the ceremony space and back as the reception is held at the Solara Resort.
