Question
What should I wear?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside followed by a dinner reception under an open sided tent. Please check the weather forecast and wear your best garden party / cocktail attire (semi-formal). While selecting your shoes keep in mind that you will be standing and walking in grass for the duration of the evening.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a firm guest limit due to space limitations. Our celebration is strictly RSVP. We will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making child care arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before July 15, 2024. Please mail back the card enclosed in your invitation to 6746 North 10th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85013.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found under the registry section of this site or check out our registries at Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel and Williams Sonoma under the name Kathryn Ewing or Adam Godwin.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?
Answer
We have blocked a group of hotel rooms at the Eastland Suites and Holiday Inn at the airport which can be found under the travel section on this website. If staying at either hotel, a complementary wedding shuttle will be provided to and from the event. These hotels also offer transportation to and from the airport.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 4:30pm as we will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Once the ceremony has began we unfortunately can not let any guests enter late but don’t worry we’ll still see you soon at the reception.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Free parking is available across the street from The Manor at St. John's Lutheran Church. Ewing's pedestrian entrance is across the street from the parking lot at the corner of Emerson Street and Towanda Avenue. Look for the wedding attendant at the entrance. Do not attempt entry from the vehicle driveway on Sunset Road as this is strictly for vendors.
