The Future Mr and Mrs Murray
Meet the Bride:
Kathleen, the younger of two daughters of Edgar and Ma. Isabel Castro Lara, was raised in the islands of the Philippines. In 2019, she moved to Boston to pursue her graduate studies. Kathleen finds joy in exploring new places, watching sports and doing outdoor activities.
Meet the Groom:
Devin, the son of Chris and Kathy Murray along with two loving sisters, was born and raised in Massachusetts. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys playing hockey, snowboarding, and traveling with his friends and family.
How they met:
Kat and Devin met online in early 2020 while they were both in graduate school, turning MBA chats into a love story. From then on, they did everything together, attending each other’s graduations, going to trips and family events, and moving to Austin in 2023. Later that year, Devin also asked Kat to marry her after a romantic dinner date at Lake Austin.
