What is the attire?

Answer

The theme is formal. We ask that men wear a suit and tie or tuxedo and women wear an evening gown or midi-length cocktail dress.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will still be able to join us for our special day.

What time am I expected to arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM sharp and you wont be able to enter the church while the ceremony is ongoing. We expect guests to arrive no later than 4:15 PM at the Grace Episcopal Church.

Where should I park?

Answer

We recommend you to park at the Biltmore Garage or somewhere close. The Church (Ceremony location) is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Graduate Providence Hotel (Cocktail Hour + Reception location).

Is there a shuttle for Ceremony to Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held at Grace Episcopal Church. Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the church and choose their seats no later than 4:15 PM. Anyone arriving later won't be able to enter for the ceremony. This will help ensure a prompt commencement. Wedding Trolley will be Available Attire: Black Tie / Formal

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

If you've been given a plus one, you'll see their name alongside yours on the RSVP. If you have a significant other or close partner who isn't included in the initial invitation, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony itself and be fully present and engaged in the experience. Our professional photographers and videographers need to have priority to ensure that they can capture every special moment seamlessly. In addition, we are asking that all phones be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony.

Am I expected to attend all the events outside of the wedding day?

Answer

While our Welcome Drinks and Sunday Brunch are optional, we genuinely hope you can join us for these additional activities! It would mean a lot to us to spend this extra time with you!

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

The nearest airport would be Providence Airport (Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport). However, you can also fly directly to Boston Airport and drive an hour to Providence.

Is there a designated hotel for guests to stay at?

Answer

We've arranged a block of rooms at Graduate Providence Hotel for our guests. But you can also check nearby hotels and airbnb.
