When you land in Guatemala City

Answer

24 hours before your trip, fill out the Guatemala customs form online. Take screenshot of barcode and email received when form is submitted. Deplane → head downstairs to Immigration. Show passport. Pick up your luggage at baggage claim just beyond Immigration. Take bags and show your customs form at Customs. They scan the barcode. Only if instructed to, you may need to scan bags at Customs. Follow to exit the doors and look for the “Chan Wedding” sign—your shuttle awaits! ***Use restroom before you board shuttle - can be a longer drive with traffic!

When will we know our accommodation assignment?

We will share this closer to wedding weekend. Each party will have their own room and bathroom, with the main difference being the split between the villa and the house on the venue property. However, they are a very short distance apart!
