Contact airlines directly for seasonal schedules and charter information. By Ferry (www.bcferries.com): Please do not delay booking your ferry. Ferry reservations for the Southern Gulf Islands fill up quickly, and availability is extremely limited during wedding season. To avoid travel issues, book your reservation as soon as possible and plan your sailing to arrive by Friday. It will take you around 25 minutes to get there by car or an hour by bike. By Water Taxi: Take Island Water Taxi from Sidney, B.C. (www.islandwatertaxi.ca) By Boat: Direct access to the resort docks. Getting around Pender Island: Pender Island is a small island so there are limited taxis, no rideshare companies, or car rental services. Tip: If you’re traveling Friday or Sunday, book your ferry or flights early! Allow a little extra time to relax and start the weekend off right with sunsets, drinks, and fun.
