Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest", please include your date's name and dinner choice on the RSVP card.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please not before 2:45 and please do not try to sneak to your seat at 3:30. We'd like everyone seated by 3:20. There will be plenty of time for us to visit with you a few minutes during the reception; before the ceremony we will have last-minute jitters and will not be in a good visiting mood.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Please plan to keep your own children entertained and on their best behavior. Weddings and receptions, even the most fun ones, are primarily adult parties.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot on the front of the property where the Elks Lodge is located. It is in a residential neighborhood so please use the parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We'd suggest using Lyft or Uber; in the COVID era it is hard to know if the area hotels will have shuttle service available. We want you to leave our celebration as safely as you arrived.

Where are you going for your honeymoon?

Answer

An adult's only, all-inclusive beach resort in Cancun, Mexico. Hooray, we got our passports June 28, 2022!

What are your reception/wedding colors?

Answer

Navy blue and silver. You can also choose a dark turquoise as an accent color.

Did you register for gits?

Answer

Yes. We have lists at WalMart and Kohl's. Kathie has a wish list at Wayfair too.
