Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than January 10th, 2027. This helps us with coordination with our vendors.

Can I bring kids?

Answer

Due to the space and planning, we're only able to accommodate those named on your invitation. While a few children in the wedding will be attending, we're otherwise keeping the event adults-only. We really appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've thoughtfully planned our guest list, and we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

We don't have any hotel blocks reserved, but we're happy to help! Many of our out-of-town guests have opted for nearby AirBnBs, and if you'd prefer a hotel, feel free to reach out to us-we're more than happy to assist you in finding a great spot!

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Our venue has a reserved parking garage within a 2-minute walk from our wedding space. Please see the attached map on the schedule page for the details. We recommend carpooling, as Orlando is vast and it will help everyone get to the venue on time! There is an accessible parking lot separate from the garage for individuals with disabilities. Please let us know if you will need access by emailing the bride at kawienert@icloud.com when you RSVP to ensure you get the needed information.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue space is a historic house with a lovely outdoor space. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will take place outdoors. While the dinner will be served inside. We recommend bringing a light jacket, but in all honesty, we don't know if it will be 90° or 50° in February. (For our Northern family, we can assure you it won't be as cold as where you're coming from).

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away and join us in being fully present during our ceremony. We have the best photographers/videographers to capture all the special moments, and we can't wait to share those photos with you after the big day. Thank you for understanding!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying to the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is located about 30 minutes away from Downtown Orlando.
