Maid of Honor
Amanda and I were placed together as roommates our freshman year at DePaul (over 9 years ago!!) and have been best friends ever since. From living in a tiny dorm room together, to countless apartments in Chicago, she has had my back through thick and thin and I can’t imagine getting married without her by my side.
Maid of Honor
Jen and I became best friends in 2nd grade and went through elementary, middle, and high school together. We even started violin together and will always be #standpartners4lyfe!
Bridesmaid
Natalia and I were next door neighbors our first year at Lynn and were placed in a quartet together (with Ellie) our first semester! She is one of my closest friends and favorite chamber music partners.
Bridesmaid
Ellie and I met in the All South Jersey Orchestra back in high school, but were happily reunited at Lynn 4 years ago where we were placed in a quartet together (with Natalia) my first semester! I’m so happy to call her one of my closest friends.
Bridesmaid
Halle is my newest cousin - she and my Cousin Sam got married a couple of years ago and I had the honor of being one of her bridesmaids. I’m so happy Sam brought such a caring and beautiful person into our family!
Bridesmaid
Meghan and I ironically met on her wedding day, almost 4 years ago where I was attending as Yordan’s plus one. She’s a beautiful musician and an even more beautiful person and I’m so happy to be able to count her as one of my closest friends.
Best Man
Basically me, but less good looking.
Groomsman
My little brother, who will be visiting the US for the first time! I will always call him “little brother” even though he has grown into a wonderful adult and I’m incredibly proud that he followed in my mom’s footsteps by becoming an accounting teacher at her school.
Groomsman
I met Andrew soon after I started dating his sister (Katherine) and thankfully he immediately welcomed me into the family and has been very supportive even when we played Mendelssohn Octet for a full semester together.
Groomsman
One of my best friends, Josiah and I have grown together as musicians sharing countless memories of music making and discussions over many years of friendship.
Groomsman
I was lucky to meet Georgiy, one of Kat’s oldest and best friends, the first time I went home with her to Philly for the holidays (it’s almost as if I needed his approval). He’s become one of my closest friends and most frequent chamber music partners.
Flower Girl
Cecily’s dad, Andrew, was one of the best friends I made in Chicago where we also played in a quartet together (Mux forever). This picture is almost 5 years old - Cecily is now a highly accomplished violinist and I’m so happy we managed to pick a wedding date that worked around her touring schedule.
Ring Bearer
Vinny is Cecily’s younger brother who I can’t wait to meet for the first time. The fact that his mom, Dara, was pregnant with him the last time I visited Chicago means I am really long overdue for another visit!
