Yes, complimentary parking is available on site.

The ceremony and cocktail reception will take place outdoors on uneven surfaces. The reception will be indoors.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Portions of the evening will take place outdoors on uneven surfaces. Please dress accordingly.

May I bring a guest/child?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We can accommodate only those listed on your invitation. We respectfully request no children at the ceremony and reception. We appreciate your making childcare arrangements ahead of time.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you cannot make it to the wedding, RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

May I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, therefore we are asking all phones and devices be put away until the cocktail hour. We've hired a professional photographer to capture the most important moments of this day. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you like. We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

A limited room block is available on site at the Airlie Countryside Hotel. To reserve a room, please visit our Accommodations page. Other hotels are available a short distance from the venue in Warrenton.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, an open bar will serve beer, wine, and a signature drink at the reception. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the venue.

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

When choosing our menu, we have made every effort to be mindful of various dietary needs. If you have a particular dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP. We will work with our caterer to make accommodations.
