Christiana Mall

132 Christiana Mall, Newark, DE 19702

Okay, we are kind of kidding with this one, but Delaware is the home of tax-free shopping, and there's an Apple store here. According to the podcast Who? Weekly, Charles Barkley named his daughter Christiana after this very mall. "It's a good mall." --Charles Barkley

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

510 North Union Street, Wilmington, DE 19805
, (302) 571-8929

Take-out only, Jeff requests one of these subs every time he visits Delaware. We recommend the turkey, the "Bobbie" or the Italian. Afterwards, be sure to get a lemon water ice (Google it!) from Yatz's down the street. You can take all of this to the picnic tables at Rockford Park to see Scout's favorite dog park in Delaware.
