There will be two coach buses arriving at the hotel at 2:45pm. Both shuttles will be departing promptly at 3:00pm for the ceremony. Please make your way to the lobby by 2:45pm to ensure you board in time!

There will be two coach buses transporting guests from the church to the Officers Club for the cocktail hour and reception. Please be sure you have your identification out and ready to enter Naval Station Newport.

April 24, 2026 9:30 pm - 11:15 pm
The buses will begin shuttling guests back to the Holiday Inn Express beginning at 9:30pm. There will be a bus at 9:30pm, 10:00pm. 10:30pm, and two final buses at 11:15pm. The last two buses will drop guests off at the Holiday Inn Express then continue to downtown Newport for anyone that would like to keep the party going! (Please note that guests will be responsible for their own transportation from downtown Newport back to the hotel.)
