All invited guests will be granted base access for the day of the wedding. Please remember to bring your ID as it will be checked at the gate! We will have a coach bus available that will be transporting guests staying at the Holiday Inn in Middletown, RI. You are also welcome to drive on! There is ample parking available at the venue. Gate #1 is located right next to the Officer Club. Please note, access expires the day of the wedding, so cars must be off base by the end of the night.
Either a valid Real ID or a valid passport are sufficient to gain access to base. Please remember to bring these with you as you will not be able to enter without them being checked by base security. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
The ceremony will begin right at 3:30pm. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get a good seat!
Yes! You are able to Uber to and from the venue. However, Ubers are not able to drive onto base. You will have to get dropped off at the gate and walk on. However, the Officers Club is not a far walk from Gate #1!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors! There is a large deck at our venue that overlooks the Newport Bridge that will be available to guests throughout our cocktail hour, weather permitting!
Following our reception, we plan to head to downtown Newport to keep the party going! Please feel free to join us.
We love your children, but due to space limitations, our wedding will be an adult-only event, with the exception of children in the bridal party. All invited guests will be listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
