Transportation Around DC
Bringing your own car is convenient, but not necessary. For those driving in the city, please see our FAQS page for parking recommendations. For those traveling from out of town, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber when you can. The city is also very walkable.
Train
Union Station
Amtrak is an easy commute for those traveling from NYC and Connecticut to DC. Union Station is in the heart of DC and is easy to Uber or metro from.
Flight
Reagan National Airport (DCA)
DC has several airports including Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), but the closest and easiest one to fly into is Reagan National Airport (DCA). It is then a short taxi or metro ride to the heart of DC.
