How should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by Thursday, April 2, by mailing back the enclosed response card or through our wedding website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests arrive at St. Dominic Church by 2:00 pm ET to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 2:30 pm ET. Please refer to our wedding itinerary for the church's address and parking details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions and capacity limits, we are having an adults-only wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code will be black tie attire. Gentlemen are requested to wear tuxedos or dark suits, and ladies are requested to wear floor-length, formal dresses.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Street parking is available around St. Dominic Church. Valet parking is available at The Jefferson Hotel for a fee. Street parking is doable, but can be difficult to find in the surrounding area. If choosing to park in the city, we recommend double checking parking signs as they can be confusing to navigate in some areas.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While transportation will not be provided, we recommend coordinating Ubers or driving to the wedding venue locations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have carefully planned our wedding to be an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends. We kindly request that guests adhere to the specific names listed on the invitations sent, which do not include additional plus ones.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've reserved a hotel block at the Le Méridien Washington, D.C., The Madison for your convenience. For more details, please visit our "Travel" webpage. Washington, DC and Arlington, Virginia offer numerous additional accommodation options beyond the hotel recommendations on our “Travel” webpage that are still within easy reach. We encourage you to book your hotel reservations early to secure the best rates and availability.

Is there a gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Following the ceremony, guests are warmly invited to join us for cocktail hour at The Jefferson Hotel, beginning at 4:30 pm. For a complete overview of the day's schedule, please refer to the “Itinerary” tab.

Will there be a goodbye breakfast?

Answer

While we won't be hosting a goodbye breakfast, we invite you to explore some of our favorite morning dining spots in the city! We recommend: - Pearl's Bagels (1017 7th St NW) - Tatte (multiple locations across the city) - Bistro Cacao (316 Massachusetts Ave NE)
