Pre-Ceremony Bike Shuttle

Heads up, adventurers! Our Friday shuttle with the outfitters is officially full! If you didn’t snag a spot, no worries, you’ve got options: -Hop on the Saturday shuttle instead. -Or join the 9am crew Friday and self-shuttle with a buddy! The shuttle ride takes about 45 minutes each way, so just keep that in mind when planning your day, don't miss the Ceremony 😉. We can’t wait to ride with you! Let's get dirty before the ceremony! We will book a few shuttle vans from Downieville Outfitters for anyone who wants to go ride bikes. Please meet at Downieville Outfitters by 8:30am as shuttles will leave no later than 9am. If you need to rent a bike, please do so on your own and give yourself ample time prior to the 10am departure. More information about logistics and the ride itself on the "Bike Shuttle Details" page. COST: $40/person

Wedding Day Schedule: 4:30 PM CEREMONY Gather close as we share our vows. 5:30 PM DRANKS! Join us for drinks and mingling near the barn. 6:30 PM DINNER Carb up with some pizza before dancing your pants off. 8:30 PM DESSERT & DANCING Indulge in sweet treats and dance the night away!

The shuttle ride takes about 45 minutes each way, so just keep that in mind when planning your day, Bubbles and Bowties doesnt start until later so you'll have time. We can’t wait to ride with you! Detox to Retox! Lets ride more bikes, we are in Downieville after all. We will book a few shuttle vans from Downieville Outfitters for anyone who wants to go ride bikes. 🎀 Bubbles & Bowties: A Summer Solstice Celebration 🥂

As the sun sets on our wedding festivities, come join us for an informal Solstice Gathering to celebrate the sun and the changing of the seasons. We will serve tacos for dinner, start a bonfire (weather permitting), set some intentions and dance, dance, DANCE. ✨ Dress Code: Your favorite bowtie (any style—classic, quirky, or creative!) 🥂 Drinks: Champagne & bubbly fun 💨 Vibe: Bubble machines, golden hour magic, and good company
