3:45 pm - 5:00 pm
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Business Casual: We will be on grass, so we don't suggest stilettos.
The ceremony will be short and sweet, and you're all invited! Kim Griffiths (Mother of the Bride) will make a short speech, we'll be doing a hand fasting ceremony, and then we'll read our vows to one another. Please keep in mind that we will be in the bamboo forest with no chairs. You're welcome to snap photos, just remember to be courteous. We'd love to see what you capture, so please be sure to tag us in anything that you post!
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Business Casual: Please remember that the farm is 97.21% grass, so we don't recommend heels.
If you're attending the wedding ceremony, then you'll just walk from the Bamboo Forest over to the barn! If you're not attending the ceremony, please do not arrive until 5:45 so that you don't accidentally disrupt the ceremony. We will have plenty of hors d'eoeuvres, vegetarian options included, along with plenty of alcoholic/nonalcoholic options for beverages. For a wedding cake, we're going non-traditional, so don't be too surprised! ;) We'll also have plenty of music, yard games, and photo opportunities. Not to mention, the Farmstead also has chickens, pigs, squirrels, cats, and dogs that will absolutely not refuse human affection. (Be sure to check everyone's profiles out on the Jack and Bean Farm link here on our website!)
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Casual! We'll all be either tired or traveling (or both!) so no pressure here.
We'll have some good Southern breakfasts (with locally sourced ingredients, whoo!) and share a few more laughs before everyone heads out. Please don't feel pressured to attend, but if you're in town and would like to, the invite is open! We'll select a restaurant as soon as we have a better idea how many people are interested.
