Welcome Party

Beach Cocktail: Sport coat, button downs, dresses, jumpsuits, etc. (Girls - we will not be in the sand, so wear any heel you'd like)
Light appetizers, drinks and music If you're staying down the beach (Playa Grande, Terrasol, Grand Solmar) you can enter the welcome party from the beach OR the main lobby.

Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Beach Formal: Suits/ties, dresses/jumpsuits
Shuttles available at 4:00 pm to take guest from Playa Grande, Terrasol & Grand Solmar to the Waldorf. If you choose not to use our shuttle service, please arrive by 4:30 pm to enjoy a welcome drink. Ceremony will be held outside in the resort lobby overlooking the ocean. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:45 pm. NO beach access. You must enter through the main lobby.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Just a few steps away from the ceremony for sunset cocktails & appetizers.
Reception & Dancing
6:30 pm
Walk downstairs for dinner and dancing. The party will go until 1am, so expect late night snacks! The first return shuttle will begin at 11pm and continue throughout the night to take guests back to Playa Grande, Terrasol, and Grand Solmar.
